A+A completed an experience strategy that explored the potential of launching Samsung retail stores throughout Europe. The work included a comprehensive vision for an omni-channel retail experience in a range of store formats, aligned to regional and local contexts. All Samsung product categories of mobile, entertainment and home appliances were featured, each offering “open” destinations for experiencing these products and software solutions.
Thoughts on the future of retail in 2013, enabled by new technologies, are just as relevant today.
